I started to knit this sweater 13-14 years ago. I stopped knitting on it when there was only 5 more rows to go on each arm. I knitted them just a few weeks ago, and Silja had promised me that she would put it together for me. For the last two nights she has cut and sewn to finish it. She did a good job!

I am almost finished with the first Selbumitten, only have to knit the thumb.

Here is a picture of the mittens the “right” way. Lisa Marie had the right answer.

I have now started on a new project. Everyone show theirs works on the “right” side. But I will now show my work inside out. When anyone guesses what I’m knitting, then I will show the pattern of the work. So guess away.

Finally the glove challenge from Anne-Ruth is complete. Better late than never.

The mitten shells are sewn on to the gloves. When they are not in use they are folded back and attached with a snap on button. I hope that Anne-Ruth is happy with my work and it was this she meant it should look like.

Yes I’m now ready to start knitting the last part of the mitten shell. I’m not sure when it will be ready, but I will try to finished soon. I have used more time than I’ve expected on this. Not because it difficult, but have had lots of other things to do.

I have not forgotten the glove challenge. But have now so much to do, so I haven’t had the time to knit. But hope to be finished very soon.

I’m now “finished” with both gloves. I have now started to knit mitten shell to have over the fingers. If I understand Anne-Ruth challenge right I have to knit that too.

Finally time to update the glove challenge. I have been “finished” for several days. I have too much to do, and no time to do it in. As you can see I’m finished with the fingers. This was not easy for me. It was knitting needles all over the place. But I made it though. Now I have to start on a new one.

Late last night we heard some strange noises outside. We used the flash light and then we saw it. It was a hedge-hog. I went down and took some pictures of it. Isn’t he/she cute?
